How does the process work?
1. You purchase the tickets on the website and pay by card or invoice
2. You will immediately receive an order confirmation via email
3. About 5 days before the match is played, you will receive another email from order@ticket2.com. We will then ask you to confirm your phone number
4. You will receive the tickets sent to you as mobile tickets via WhatsApp
Will we be seated next to each other?
When purchasing 2 tickets, we guarantee seats next to each other. When purchasing 3 tickets, an additional cost applies to guarantee seats next to each other. When purchasing 4 tickets, you will be seated 2+2. If you have requests regarding seating or need more seats together, you can email us at info@ticket2.com.
What payment methods do you offer?
Credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard) and invoice.
Do I need to print the tickets?
You scan the tickets at the entrance, through the mobile phone. You do not need to print the tickets.
Do you offer cancellation protection?
We do not offer cancellation protection but we do offer to resell your tickets if you cannot attend the match. You can easily create an account on our site, and email us with the price you want to sell the tickets for. We then publish the tickets for you.
Are you available on match day if I have questions?
We are available 7 days a week until 22:00. You can reach us most easily at info@ticket2.com or via the chat function.
Where are you located?
We have an office in Stockholm, but sell tickets all over Europe.
Can I get the tickets earlier?
We send the tickets to you as soon as we receive them from the club in question.
