Second place, second year in a row

Arsenal finished in second place in the Premier League for the second year in a row, and now want to regroup.

Arsenal announces on its official website that 22 players will be leaving the club when their contracts expire. Among these players are Mohamed Elneny and Cedric Soares, who have previously announced via social media that they will not be renewing their contracts.


Arthur Okonkwo and Tyreece John-Jules are also among those leaving Arsenal. The other players who will not continue playing for Arsenal are: Mauro Bandeira, Omari Benjamin, Luis Brown, Catalin Cirjan, Noah Cooper, Henry Davies, Ovie Ejeheri, Taylor Foran, Hubert Graczyk, James Hillson, Henry Jeffcott, Alex Kirk, James Lannin-Sweet, Kamarni Ryan, and Kido Taylor-Hart.
