Manchester United is still struggling, and according to sources, Amorim is furious. "We are the worst team in the club's history." According to the coach himself, there's even a risk of the team getting relegated from the Premier League. If so, it would be for the first time in 50 years.

Amorim believes that Manchester United must adapt to the new reality, and realize they no longer belong among the top teams in the Premier League. Out of ten matches, the team has only won two. The coach has been vocal in recent weeks, and according to him, sometimes it's the frustration that takes over. He takes responsibility for the club not delivering.

Amorim is from Portugal and is 39 years old. He took over Sporting in 2020 but started his career as a midfielder at Benfica.
