Rúben Amorim became the new coach of Manchester United

Rúben Amorim, 39, is confirmed as the head coach for Manchester United, starting November 11.

It wasn't long ago that the club decided to fire Erik ten Hag, despite him having a contract until 2026. In other words, there is a full focus on the future, and Rúben Amorim has left the Lisbon club where he has been since 2020.

Rúben Amorim has signed a contract with Manchester United which plays in the Premier League, and if everything goes as planned, he will stay at least until 2027.

"Ruben is one of the most exciting and highly rated young coaches in European football," writes Man United on its website. The Portuguese will start his new assignment on November 11, and Ruud van Nistelrooy will lead the team until then.
