To be able to guarantee a safe process Ticket2 have to collect some personal information about our sellers. The data we need to collect is the sellers personal identification number, home address, email address and phone number. We store this information safely during at least seven years to make sure we follow the Swedish act of book-keeping. We do not use this information for any marketing purposes, it is only used for our internal book-keeping.
The collected information is used for looking up the background of our sellers and to document all sell orders. The information will not be forwarded to any other companies for marketing or any other purposes.
You as a member (seller) can always log on to your account to see what information we have stored about you.
You can always contact us on privacy@ticket2.com if you want your account to be ended and your personal information deleted. Pls note that all your details have to remain safely stored by us until your tickets have been sold. The information that will remain safely stored by us for seven years is your name, this due to the Swedish act of book-keeping. We do not use this information for any marketing purposes, it is only used for our internal book-keeping.
For buyers, we are collecting name, home address, email address and phone number. We store this information safely during seven years to make sure we follow the Swedish law for bookkeeping.
If you are make an order using invoice as payment method you also have to leave your personal identification number. The usage of this information is only to enable us to do credit checks, nothing else. This credit check is done by Svea Ekonomi.
The only third part that gets your information is Svea Ekonomi and this only when you buy on invoice. In line with their regulations they have the right to communicate directly with you. If you don’t want this you can send them an email on privacy@svea.com asking them to remove your details.
