Erling Braut Haaland was born on July 21, 2000, in Leeds, England, where his father Alf-Inge Haaland played for Leeds United. He grew up with football in his blood and started his career at the Norwegian club Bryne FK. His talent quickly became apparent, and it wasn't long before larger clubs began to show interest in the young striker.

Haaland made his major breakthrough during his time at Red Bull Salzburg in Austria. During the 2019/2020 season, he impressed with his goal-scoring skills, netting 29 goals in 27 matches in Bundesliga. His success at the national level caught the attention of Europe's biggest clubs, and in January 2020, he signed for Borussia Dortmund.

In Dortmund, Haaland has continued to impress with his ability to score goals. With his speed, strength, and skill, he has become a nightmare for opposing defenses. During his first half-season in Bundesliga, he scored 13 goals in 15 matches, proving he can perform at the highest level in one of the world's toughest leagues.
